Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any purchases, including but not limited to:

• Waist trainers
• Laser hair removal services
• Digital products (e-books, courses, etc.)

Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or store credit in the following cases:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with photos and proof of damage. We will assess the issue and determine if a replacement or store credit is applicable.
• Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can correct the order.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to this policy. If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to provide proof of purchase and our no-refund policy.
